To obtain the correct fuel surcharge for the week, use the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/dnav\/pet\/pet_pri_gnd_dcus_r20_w.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Midwest PADD II<\/a>&#8221; price and apply it to the table below.
